9.13 (Sat) [Co-hosted event in Sapporo] Seminar on Medical Care and Legal Systems for Diverse Families 🌈

🌈To coincide with our staff's arrival in Sapporo to set up a booth at Sapporo Rainbow Pride 2025, we will be holding an event in collaboration with the Queer Life Project and the Sapporo Gender Equality Center😊
In addition to participating in person in Sapporo, there is also the option to participate online, so please come along if you're interested.

Unfortunately, the current medical and legal systems are not yet accommodating to the diverse structures of families.
The reality is that people of various backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ people, have difficulty receiving the medical and legal support they need.

Additionally, in Hokkaido, there is currently little medical information regarding diverse sexualities and family structures.

This seminar is the first step towards creating a society in Hokkaido where everyone can receive medical care in their own way and with peace of mind.
