The current management staff of Nijiro Kazoku consists of the following seven people.
We also have members and volunteers helping out during events.

Haru Ono (Co-Representative Director))
In 2010, she started Nijiiro Kazoku all by herself. She is a stepfamily of five people, including her partner, her two biological children, and her partner's daughter. All three of her children are now adults!
In 2019, she became one of the plaintiffs in the Tokyo primary lawsuit for "Freedom of Marriage for All." Her books include "We Started a Family as Two Mothers" (published by Kodansha).

Mayu Aoyama (Co-Representative Director))
Born L. In 1998, she met her same-sex partner and together they tried to conceive in order to realize their dream of having a child, and gave birth safely in 2011. Their child is now in adolescence.
I am currently working as a dual-income mom with my partner. I am in charge of planning and coordinating events for Nijiiro Kazoku, as well as public relations and advertising.

Chizu (Director)
I live in the Kansai region with my daughter, born in 2013, my partner who is three years younger than me, and our cat.
My special skills are handicrafts, sewing and knitting. At Nijiiro Kazoku, I am in charge of design and the web.
An organization based in Osaka called QWRC irregularly holds an event called "Tea Party for Children and Adults," which brings together sexual minorities who are raising children and people in that field.

Kumi (Director)
Together with her Canadian partner, she has raised two children in Kumamoto Prefecture, fully out in every way.
He also serves as a staff member for Kumaniji, an LGBT voluntary group based in Kumamoto.
Currently, my family and I have moved to Canada, where we enjoy new discoveries and new challenges every day.

Hee (Director)
Hokkaido member. She has three children with her same-sex partner and lives in a family of seven with two dogs.
I'm in charge of accounting for Rainbow Family.

Kan (Director)
I moved back to Kyushu from the Kanto area and now organize events in the Kyushu area for the Rainbow Family.
I'm a lesbian single mother with two kids. Being single suits me and I'm having a lot of fun.

Fumin
Born in Osaka and currently living in Tokyo.
A gay single father (already a grandfather).
I hope I can be a fan of the Rainbow Family (^^).

Yuho
I go back and forth between Shonan and Shizuoka.
It has been 10 years since he was with his same-sex partner, and they have a healthy child together.
I'm living peacefully~
